Merchandise Availability
Altam Styleworks, Inc. goal is to always have merchandise displayed on the site in stock. However some items may only be available in limited quantities or items may be on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped to customers when they come in at no additional charge to the customer. Once an item is no longer being offered. Altam Styleworks, Inc will remove it from display on the site. However, placement of an item on the site is not a guarantee that the item is available.

Typographical Errors

Display
Altam Styleworks, Inc. makes every effort to show its merchandise as accurately as possible. There are various factors that can effect what you see on the screen versus the actual appearance of the merchandise: natural stones have natural color variations, computer screen settings may vary, and photos may appear larger or smaller than actual size since sometimes photos are enlarged to show detail, or reduced to show whole item.

Return Policy
Your Satisfaction is very important to us. We guarantee the quality of our jewelry and if an item is defective or not what you ordered, we will be happy to replace the item or refund your purchase price within 30 days of the order. Please include a copy of the original invoice along with your return. Please contact us for more information on returning an item.

Shipping to Canada
Shipping cost to Canada does not include any Canadian duty/taxes. By placing your order, you agree to pay all duties, taxes, disbursement fees and other applicable charges associated with importing merchandise to Canada. Altam Styleworks, Inc will not issue a refund if you choose not to accept the goods at customs or fail to pay the applicable charges.
